![]() Maybe it wasn't a Windows 11 issue for me. As I said, I got it to sound perfect by just 'taking' a shot' with those settings, so I would advise others to change and adapt as needed in they try this method. Now, I really didn't know what I was doing, but I figured as a test, the computer would remain within the main 8 cores and possibly the stop it from going into the 2 efficiency cores.but no clue if it would When I rebooted Windows 11 the audio was perfect.and has been perfect for the last 24 in every program I use plus in the Windows Media Player. When I try to play my music files (originally downloaded from purchased CDs on my old computer) on this new computer through Windows Media Player the sound is stuttering. So I changed the CPU setting manually to 4 processors and 16 GB plus also clicked on Advanced and unchecked the Hypervisor for the heck of it. I have a 16" M1 MacBookPro with 64 GB and 10 cores (which include 2 efficiency cores) with plenty of room to 'play'. I unselected Automatic (recommended) and chose Manual. I search the post directly above here (posted Jan 2, 2022) that led me to look at the Parallels Hardware/CPU & Memory setting. Step 2: Click Profile (located below where your files are displayed) and select the format you want from the drop-down list. Step 1: Download and run this video converter, directly drag your local MKV files to this program. ![]() check activity monitor all the time and see what’s eating CPU usage while doing your livestream.I FIXED IT! After receiving countless Windows 11 ARM insider preview updates since audio stuttering started before Thanksgiving (the original download was perfect when I first installed it.only after updates did this issue start), I got another update last night and the stuttering was still there. Download it and follow the steps below to convert the MKV media files for smooth playback with VLC. ![]() but it could be a different issue in your case. The result is adequate playback where there is slow or no movement, and horrible jolty, interlaced playback when people move, scenes move or there is action. turning it off frees up extra processing resource. On the Mac, I've tried playing video from various formats and sources, and all of them appear to have low frame rates (they're not smooth) and video played from files appear interlaced. you can see this in your mac’s activity monitor. I also decided to tweak with the settings and got even better results. Answer (1 of 3): The first way you can choose to solve VLC stuttering is to check the parameters of this media player which may influence the fluency of the playback. On SMPlayer, 640x480 is almost stutter-free, while 720p is just watchable. ![]() Though it still is almost as bad as VLC on 640x480. So my guess is NDI scan converter which makes your screen an NDI source, and upstreaming it to a local computer in the network causes a 30-40% processing power. On MPC-HC, things are slightly better, 640x480 is slightly smoother, didnt try 720p or 1080p though. I just have to turn on the NDI upstream again to zoom once the video play back is finished. Problem now is that people in zoom cannot see the livestream and suggest to watch the stream on facebook but another problem is that there is a delay in facebook live. ![]() If I pause the movie for a few seconds to let it buffer it will start playing smoothly for a few more seconds, but then it starts to stutter again. I press play and playback is smooth for several seconds, then it starts to stutter. The fix i found is that i have to turn off the NDI upstream to the computer in the network that was running zoom, and only stream on facebook live. When I first open a movie I can see that it buffers for a few seconds (observed in the network activity). There is no issue when it’s using that way, issue comes up when it’s time to playback a video file, which have the generic export 720p setting/preset in premiere, the video stutters during livestream. If the issue remains unresolved, Id recommend reaching out to Apple TV directly to report. Almost all kinds of media formats, like DVD, videos, audios and photos can be played with it. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. The livestream setup is getting hosts/participants in zoom on a separate computer in the local network, use NDI to grab the zoom screen to mimolive and send it back via NDI again so zoom viewers can see the mimolive stream, at the same time streaming it to facebook live. Macgo Free Mac Media Player is a totally free media player for Mac OS X with high definition of up to 1080P/4K Video and DTS5.1 audio system. have the same issue, i have a pretty good spec as well, mbp i5 16GB RAM + Razr Core X eGPU with Radeon 5700 XT video card. ![]()
